Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Kickova purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns:

  • Standard Products: Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and with original tags.

  • Customized Orders: Please note that customized jerseys or products cannot be returned, exchanged, or resized. We strongly recommend checking your size carefully before placing a customization order.

  • Manufacturing Defects: If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage, we will replace it free of cost.
